In this episode we sit down with Claire Fisher the boss at Encompass Southwest a charity that works in the local community to reduce the impact of poverty and prevent homelessness. 

Claire talks about how the organisation she works for helps communities and individuals in North Devon that are affected the most by low wages. We find out how Claire ended up in this role and how rewarding she finds the results.
