Coastal-Ready Aluminium Windows  

The proximity to the sea meant we had to think beyond aesthetics to ensure durability. We installed marine-grade certified Smarts black aluminium windows, specially designed to withstand the coastal elements. The paint includes a unique additive and sealed welds, preventing salt penetration and guaranteeing long-lasting performance in the salty air.  

Bringing the Outdoors In  

To enhance the home’s indoor-outdoor flow, we installed Visoglide slimline sliding patio doors. These ultra-smooth, easy-to-use doors allow maximum glazing with minimal framing, flooding the property with natural light and providing uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. The slimline mullions amplify the feeling of space, making them the perfect choice for this light-filled, open-plan property.  

A Front Door That Makes a Statement  

Bonivida’s striking Smarts designer front door combines sleek aesthetics with robust functionality. Custom-finished in the customer’s chosen special colour (4012M), the door features a slam-shut locking mechanism and a long bar stainless steel handle for enhanced security and peace of mind.  

Stylish Details Inside and Out  

We didn’t stop at windows and doors! We also installed guttering and downpipes, ensuring a seamless finish to the exterior. These are available from our trade counter, providing convenience for builders and developers alike.  

Built for Today’s Regulations  

As experienced installers, we ensured all products met current new-build rules and regulations, including enhanced security standards like PAS 24 and Part Q laminated glazing where required. Everything, from the windows to the sliding doors, meets the necessary U-values for energy efficiency, keeping Bonivida warm, secure, and cost-efficient.
