Located in the vibrant village of Braunton, this project at Mint Park Road was all about opening up the home to the outdoors while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic. The result? A stunning space that seamlessly blends functionality, energy efficiency, and cutting-edge design.

Aluminium Bi-Fold Doors with Gable Top

To maximise light and create a connection with the garden, we installed a six-leaf aluminium bi-fold door system. These Smarts aluminium doors feature a fixed gable-top section, allowing for an expansive glass area that floods the interior with natural light. The sleek anthracite grey finish ensures the doors complement the contemporary style of the property.

A-Rated uPVC Windows in Anthracite Grey

Energy efficiency and style were top priorities for the windows. We fitted A-rated uPVC windows in anthracite grey (RAL 7016), offering excellent insulation while adding to the property’s modern look. These windows combine practicality and aesthetics, ensuring a comfortable, energy-efficient home.

Virtuoso Composite Front and Side Doors

For the front and side entrances, we installed Virtuoso composite doors with aluminium composite frames. The front door is a bold jungle green on the exterior and crisp white on the interior, creating a striking yet cohesive aesthetic. The side door mirrors this design, ensuring continuity throughout.

Thoughtful Door Details

Every detail of the doors has been carefully considered. The door slab features clear glass with a black skirting detail for a refined finish, while the side panel’s glass is also clear for a clean, modern appearance. The inline 900mm black round handle and black escutcheon plate around the keyhole add a contemporary touch while ensuring durability.
